Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. cooking apples, peeled and chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine.
    Combine salt, sugar and cinnamon. Add to melted butter.
    Mix well.
    Add egg and apples.
    Blend well. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
    Cover with lattice pastry top.
    Bake 10 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0. Continue baking until crust is golden brown and apples are tender, approximately 30 minutes.
