Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker pie crust
Preparation

In a large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise; gradually beat in sugar.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, then add lemon rind, lemon juice and vanilla.
Put in crust. Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
Chill 4 hours.
