Rice Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    bread crumbs
    olive oil
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. parsley (dry kind)
Preparation
    Boil rice.
    When almost dry, add eggs, pepper and parsley. Let cool.
    Shape balls and roll in crumbs.
    Fry in olive oil until brown.
