Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

apples to fill pan 1/2 full or more
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
pinch of salt
grated cheese (optional)
Preparation

Peel and slice the apples to fill the pan a little over half full.
Sprinkle some sugar over the apples.
Top with the remaining mixture which is crumbly.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
If cheese is used, mix it in the topping.
