Orange Butter Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 3/4 to 3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted and divided
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flaked coconut
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    Glaze (recipe follows)
    2 Tbsp. flaked coconut, toasted
    citrus rind bows (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl; let stand 5 minutes.
    Add 1/4 cup sugar, stirring until dissolved.
    Add salt, eggs, sour cream and 1/4 cup butter to yeast mixture; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until blended.
    Gradually stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.
    Place in a well-greased bowl, turning to grease top.
    Cover; let rise in a warm place (85\u00b0), free from drafts, 2 hours, or until doubled in bulk.
