Pikes Peak Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. new potatoes (unpeeled)
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Slice potatoes into greased 9 x 9-inch casserole.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix cream with chicken broth and pour over potatoes.
Cover and bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven. Leave until cheese melts.
