Homemade Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter (1/2 stick)
2 semi-sweet chocolate squares
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Carnation evaporated milk
Preparation

Melt butter and chocolate squares in a pan (low heat).
Once melted, add sugar and then can of Carnation milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens (sauce). Add vanilla. Tastes great on almost any flavor of ice cream!
