Pizza Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. tomato/spaghetti sauce
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 egg, beaten
    Mozzarella cheese, cut in strips
    Parmesan cheese (optional)
    1 lb. lean ground beef or ground turkey
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain.
    Brown beef and onion; drain.
    Add 1 1/2 cups of tomato sauce, oregano, macaroni and egg.
    Place in a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Top with strips of cheese and remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese for serving.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
