Winter Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained and juice reserved
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cook and serve vanilla pudding
1 qt. mixed fruit chunks (apples, bananas, pears, oranges)
3/4 c. nuts
1/3 c. coconut
whipped topping (optional)
Preparation

In a saucepan mix pineapple juice and pudding; cook until thickened and cool.
Toss and chill.
Cover with whipped topping.
