Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 oz. red food coloring
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar; add eggs.
    Sift flour, cocoa and salt together 3 times.
    Add dry ingredients alternately to cream mixture with buttermilk and food coloring.
    Beat well. Fold in soda and vinegar mixture.
    Bake in 2 layers at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
