Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    3 Tbsp. Quick salt
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all together and shape like a sausage.
    Wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Before baking, poke holes in foil. Bake on broiler pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
