Ham And Cheese Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) refrigerated pie crust
    8 (1 oz.) slices process American cheese, divided
    2 c. finely chopped, cooked ham
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Roll pie crust into a 13-inch circle; place onto a 12-inch pizza pan.
    Fold edges under and crimp; prick with a fork.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes; cool.
    Arrange 6 slices cheese, overlapping, on baked crust.
    Sprinkle with cooked ham.
    Cook onion in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until tender.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in eggs and next 3 ingredients.
    Spoon over ham.
    Cut each of the remaining 2 cheese slices into 9 squares.
    Arrange on top.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 on lower rack of oven 15 minutes or until set.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Yields one 12-inch tart.
