Asparagus Casserole 2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans asparagus, drained
6 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed (save some for top)
1 jar pimentos
2 c. evaporated milk
2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. butter
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add salt and pepper, cracker crumbs, pimento, cheese and milk.
Pour over asparagus in a casserole dish.
Melt butter and pour over top of mixture.
Top with remaining cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
