    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/3 c. golden raisins
    3 lb. baby back pork ribs
    1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. Kraft
    barbecue sauce
