Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
    1 c. Minute rice (dry)
    1/2 c. water
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except potato chips) together and pour into large casserole.
    Top with chips and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
