Morning Glory Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 apple, grated
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
    Stir in carrots, raisins and apples.
    In separate bowl, beat eggs, oil and vanilla and stir into flour mixture.
    Spoon into well-greased muffin cups (or paper-lined), filling 3/4 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Makes approximately 18 large muffins.
