Catherine Darsey'S Bean Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped fine or grated
1 tsp. prepared mustard
dash of hot sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 to 6 eggs, hard-cooked, grated or mashed
salt to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in order given.
Sauce can be served on green beans, broccoli, asparagus or other cooked vegetables. Leftover sauce should be refrigerated.
