Baked, Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3-4 lbs. potatoes
1 stick margarine
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
salt to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can Hormel real bacon bits
Preparation

Cook potatoes, drain, and whip with margarine, salt, sour cream, and cream cheese (a small amount of milk may be added if desired).
Pour mashed potatoes in casserole dish.
Top with cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and potatoes begin to bubble around the edges.
