Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 lemon, rind and juice
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and add to unbaked pie crust. Cook in 450\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and cook 20 minutes.
