Roast Moose - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 moose roast
    fat or oil
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt
    red wine
Preparation
    Place roast in roaster with a small amount of fat.
    Add seasonings; cover.
    Roast at 250\u00b0 for 45 minutes per pound, basting often.
    Pour wine over roast during last 30 minutes.
    Use meat thermometer for desired results.
