Corn Meal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Corn Meal Mix
1 1/2 c. nonfat milk
2 egg whites or 1 whole egg
2 tsp. oil (optional)

Preparation

Mix well in a medium bowl with a wire whisk.
Fry in a small amount of oil in a hot frying pan.
Makes 6 pancakes.
