Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar and flour in bowl; add eggs, margarine, buttermilk and flavorings.
    Mix well.
    Turn into pastry shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes longer.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
