Green Bean, Corn And Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. green beans, cut 1-inch length
    3 ears white corn, kernels removed
    1/2 c. white wine vinegar
    6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    3 large tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped red onion
    1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Cook beans in salted water for 2 minutes.
    Add corn kernels; cook 2 minutes and drain well.
    Whisk vinegar, oil and sugar in bowl.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add beans, corn, tomatoes, onion and parsley; toss to coat.
    Season again with salt and pepper.
    Chill.
