Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. nuts
    1 small can pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Reserve
    juice\tfrom pineapple to put between layers or on sheet cake pan.
