Stir-Fry Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/8 to 1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 diced green pepper
    1/2 small onion, diced
    1 thin diced celery stick
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. cooked chicken or turkey
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. Morton Nature's Season
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Prepare rice. Prepare vegetables. Heat oil in wok or frypan. Saute on medium-high heat the onions and green peppers, 1 to 2 minutes. Add celery and broccoli and cook 2 minutes. Add rice; stir. Add chicken or other meat and carrots. Season with garlic salt, Morton Nature's Season and soy sauce and stir. Turn heat off to serve. Add soy sauce to taste.
