Fri Chik Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans Fri Chik
    1 pkg. light G. Washington broth or 1/2 tsp. McKay seasoning
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Save liquid from Fri Chik.
    Mix with other liquids.
    Pour over grated Fri Chiks and bread crumbs.
    Saute onions and celery in margarine.
    Mix all together.
    Bake in bread loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
