Tomato And Onion Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. plum tomatoes
1 large onion
Italian seasoning
salt
parsley flakes
garlic powder
onion powder
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Preparation

In medium bowl, mix olive oil and red wine vinegar.
Adjust amounts to taste.
Add all seasonings, again to desired taste. Wash, dry and halve tomatoes, removing the seeds and soft insides. Cut thin slices of the halved tomatoes.
Add these slices and thinly sliced onion to mixture in bowl.
Mix thoroughly and frequently to marinate.
Serve at room temperature.
