Pork Chops Italian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 center cut pork chops
    1/4 c. flour
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    6 slices Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Remove bone from each pork chop.
    Flatten to 1/4-inch thickness, using a meat mallet; dredge in flour.
    Combine egg and water.
    Dip each pork chop in egg mixture and dredge in bread crumbs.
