Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 small can cream-style corn
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 jalapeno peppers, minced
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell peppers
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    few shakes of garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese.
    Pour 1/2 mixture in well-greased hot skillet.
    Iron skillet is best.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cheese on top of mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
