Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. black cherry flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 c. fresh blueberries
mint sprigs (for garnish)
