Lemon-Cheese Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all vegetable shortening, softened
    1/2 c. oleo, softened
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    3 c. sugar
    4 tsp. lemon flavoring
    6 eggs, room temperature
    2 c. plain flour
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cream together shortening, oleo, and cream cheese.
    Add sugar and beat until fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
    Add lemon flavoring.
    Fold in flour, reserving 1/4 cup.
    Mix 1/4 cup flour with grated cheese and add to cake mixture.
    Bake in a greased and floured tube pan.
    Place in a cold oven.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Do not open oven door while cake is baking. Remove and cool for 10 minutes.
