Sweet-Sour Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. gr. beef
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp butter
1 10 1/2oz can tomato soup
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Mix meat, crumbs, egg and salt and roll into small balls. Broil in oven or pan. Fry on top of stove until meat balls are brown.
Drain meat balls. Saute' pepper and onion in butter until tender and add remaining ingreds. to make sauce. Add meat balls, cover and simmer 30 min. Yield 6 servings.
Recipe doubles nicely and may be frozen.
