Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. diced apples
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Mix margarine, eggs and sugar; add milk.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Last, add apples and raisins.
Bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Good with caramel icing or without any.
