Hot Milk Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. scalded milk
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat milk and butter (keep hot).
    Beat eggs until lemon colored (2 minutes).
    Gradually add sugar.
    Beat in medium 4 to 5 minutes. Add flour and stir with a spoon.
    Add hot mixture and vanilla. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
