Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1 c. cooked chicken, cut into bite-size pieces

    One 12.5 ounce can chicken can be used.
