Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium carrots, cut in strips
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp. scallions, chopped
Preparation

Cook carrots approximately 7 minutes.
Drain.
Mix all ingredients and pour over carrots.
Keeps for weeks!
Very tasty.
