Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Wesson oil
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. pecans
4 c. diced apples
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Preparation

Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan.
Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Mix all ingredients except apples and chips.
Fold in apples; pour into pan.
Sprinkle chips on top. Bake 1 hour.
