Arizona Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Longhorn cheese
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    dash of salt
    1 small can diced green chilies
    3 medium eggs
    1 unbaked frozen pie shell (8 or 9-inch)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Set out pie shell to thaw.
    Beat eggs with milk and salt.
    Add cheese and chilies; mix well and pour in pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Turn oven down to 300\u00b0. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
