Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flank steak (thin)
    2 cans beef broth
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. bacon
    2 cans mushrooms or 1 c. fresh
Preparation
    Slice steak as thin as bacon strips.
    Put bacon on top of steak strips and roll.
    Secure with a toothpick.
    Saute steak rolls in olive oil until all sides are browned.
    In a roasting pan combine broth and 1 1/2 cans water and mushrooms; add flank steak. Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
