Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combo, thawed and drained
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee fried onions
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, 1/2 can onion rings, salt and pepper.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
