Diabetic Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. apple juice
    4 Tbsp. artificial sweetener
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
Preparation
    All ingredients should be mixed well.
    Boil the mixture gently for 5 minutes.
    Let cool and then pour into sterilized containers and store in the refrigerator.
    This recipe does contain natural sugar so you will need to figure the calorie and sugar count for it.
