Hamburger Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground meat
1 stalk celery
3 large onions
1 green pepper
2 c. ketchup
1 c. water
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. yellow mustard
garlic powder
salt and pepper
Preparation

Chop celery, onions and pepper.
Brown ground meat.
Add celery, onions and green pepper until soft.
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Drain fat.
Mix ketchup, water, brown sugar and mustard.
Pour over meat.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Serve on hamburger rolls with potato chips.
