Barley Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick oleo
1 c. barley
1/2 c. onions
1/2 to 1-inch mushrooms
1 qt. water with beef bouillon
Preparation

Saute onions and mushrooms in oleo.
Combine with barley and liquid in baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
