Ingredients

4 c. crushed blackberries
8 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
Preparation

Place crushed berries into large kettle; add sweetener and stir well.
Boil rapidly, stirring constantly.
After mixture has thickened, pour into hot jars leaving head space of 1/4-inch. Adjust caps, processing in boiling water for 15 minutes.
One tablespoon has 10 calories.
