Frozen Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. unpeeled small cukes
    2 medium sliced onions
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine cukes, onions and salt.
    Soak 3 hours.
    In pan, warm vinegar and sugar.
    Stir to dissolve sugar.
    Drain cukes and add to vinegar mixture.
    Ladle into freezer plastic containers and freeze.
    Defrost and serve chilled.
    Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
