Ingredients

1 roll vanilla sugar cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese
4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. orange or pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
assorted fruits: kiwi, strawberries, bananas, mandarin oranges and sliced pineapple
Preparation

Spread sugar cookie dough on pizza pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes until edges turn brown.
Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar.
Spread on cooled crust.
Mix in small saucepan the juice, cornstarch, lemon juice and water; cook until thickened.
Arrange fruit in attractive pattern on cheese mixture, then spoon glaze over fruit.
