Barbecue Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    4 to 5 lb. pork roast
    5 to 6 cloves garlic (optional)
    2 c. water
    16 oz. bottle barbecue sauce (Heinz regular)
Preparation
    In crock-pot, cook roast with onion and garlic on low overnight.
    Pour liquid off pork, take pork off bone and discard fat.
    Add barbecue sauce to meat; cook on low for 4 hours, stirring 2 or 3 times.
