Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 3/4 c. rice (raw)
    1 1/2 qt. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Rinse rice.
    Cook rice in 1 1/2 quarts milk.
    Allow to boil, and then simmer 20 minutes.
    Add sugar and simmer until it thickens.
    Blend in eggs, beaten in 1/2 cup milk and vanilla. Bring to a boil.
    Add cream; boil again, and then cool and refrigerate.
