Perky Cauliflower Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cauliflower
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. radishes, grated
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Chop or shred cauliflower.
    Toss together in large bowl cauliflower, onion and radishes.
    Blend together the lemon juice, horseradish, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
    Toss with vegetables until well blended.
    Chill, covered, in refrigerator.
    Serve in lettuce cups.
    Sprinkle each with snipped parsley.
