Garlic Roasted Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice, garlic powder, seasoning salt and pepper.
Wrap chicken loosely in foil.
Refrigerate overnight.
Place chicken in ovenproof dish and bake.
Top with garlic cloves.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until done.
